SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At Green Sport Wear, we strive to ensure that your orders are properly dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible. Our shipments will be handled by the company Servientrega, and the tracking number will be shared for your reference.

Shipping Cost and Delivery Time:

  • The sales and shipping coverage includes the entire Ecuadorian territory: Coast, Highlands, and Amazon regions.
  • The shipping cost will be indicated before completing the order.
  • For orders and shipments to the Insular Region or Galapagos, please contact us in advance through our WhatsApp number.

Modification of Shipping Information:

If you need to modify the shipping information after making the payment, you must contact us through the online chat. We will update the address and shipping costs as long as the order has not been dispatched.

Orders:

  • Orders paid by bank transfer, deposit, credit card, or debit card will not be dispatched until the purchase amount is available in our accounts.
  • Once the order is placed, the customer will be informed by email of the shipping date. We will also monitor the delivery and contact you if any issues arise.
  • It is important that the customer provides contact numbers when placing the order.

Delivery Times:

  • National shipments: 2-4 business days.
  • Shipments to Galapagos: 7-10 business days.
  • Specific delivery times will be detailed in the order confirmation email.
